Re-election for three Ex-Co members on June 16th
Dhaka, May 12: The re-election to elect the three vacant posts among the four candidates of the Bangladesh Football Federation’s executive committee will be held on 16th June. The decision was taken in the first meeting of the newly elected executive committee at the BFF House on Saturday.
Anwrul Huq Helal, Toufiqul Islam Tofa, Arif Hossain Moon and Ajmal Ahmed Tapan will vie for the three posts.
President Kazi Salahuddin presided over the meeting. The meeting also finalized the chairmen’s of the eight sub-committees. They are as follows.
Finance Committee- Abdus Salam Murshedy
Bangladesh Premier League Committee- Abdus Salam Murshedy
National Team Management Committee- Kazi Nabil Ahmed
Development Committee- Badal Roy
Competition Committee- Tabith Awal
Dhaka Metropolis League Committee-Sheikh Md. Maruf Hasan
Club Cup Championship Committee- Arif Khan Joy
Grounds Committee- Fazlur Rahman Babul
Women’s Football Committee- Sirajul Islam Bachchu
Shamsul Huq Chowdhury will be the Team Leader of the National U-22 team that willl feature in the AFC U-22 Qualifiers at Nepal from June 2nd. Iqbal Hossain will be the manager and Syed Golam Jilani will be the coach
Md. Mohsin will lead the national U-14 team that will participate in the AFC U-14 Football Festival at Nepal, Kazi Altaful Huq and Nurul Huq Manik will be accompanying the team as the manager and the coach.
Bangladesh football team will participate in Beach Soccer int The 3rd Asian Beach Games that is going to be held in Shandong’s Haiyang, where is known as the “Oriental Hawaii”, from 16th to 22nd June, 2012. Abdul Qaium Sentu witll be the head coach of the team.
