After the break Pakistan started to explore the Bangladesh territory and in the 48th minute Saddam Hussian’s free kick whistled past the side post. Bangladesh initiated a counter attack but Rony failed to anticipate the cross of Lincon at the Pakistan goalmouth.
Bangladesh forward Sohel Rana in the 58th minute shot straight to the lap of Pakistan goalie Saqib Hanif.
Pakistani forward Saeed Ahmed sneaked through the Bangladesh defence in the 64th minute but goalie Mostak pulled out a brilliant one-to-one save.
However in the 80th minute Pakistan took the lead. Mostak blocked Saeed’s shot but Kaleemullah tapped the rebound into the net (1-0).
