Dhaka, January 16: The second phase of the Grameenphone Bangladesh Premier League will start on January 28 after the scheduled completion of the first phase on January 20.
The decision was taken by the Professional League Committee of the Bangladesh Football Federation on Tuesday.SVP of the federation and chairman of the committee Abdus Salam Murshedy presided over the meeting.
It was also decided that the BPL will have a 18 day break from 21st February to March 9th for the national teams commitment in the AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers at Nepal.
The second tier of professional circuit the Bangladesh Championship League will kick off in February 1st.The Independence Cup will kick off on March 10th of 12th
