Amalesh Sen’s holders came back brightly and got several chances but had to wait till the 39th minute to level the margin.
Enamul, the national booter and top scorer of the professional league, brought the equaliser with a left-footed volley on a cross from Ghanain striker Awudu Ibrahim.
Abahani made it 2-1 on the stroke of halftime when Ibrahim found the net after taking a cross from midfielder Uzzal.
Enamul sealed the victory two minutes after resumption when he was set by an Ibrahim throughpass for his seventh league goal.
