Jamal-Muktis ready for grand final

Dhaka, March 5: Defending champions Sheikh Jamal and challengers Muktijoddha lock horns in the final of the Federation Cup at 5:15 pm at the Bangbandhu National Stadium on Thursday.

In the pre-final presser at the BFF House on Wednesday the coaches and the captains of the rivlas expressed their thoughts.

Maruful Haque-Coach,Sheikh Jamal
Every player is fit and ready to play. There is no card issue or suspension on any player in the squad. We will try to retain the title. Muktijoddha came here beating Mohammedan and Abahani so they have confidence and we also played against such clubs who played with high spirit against us. But we are confident to  overcome against Muktis tomorrow.

Nasir Uddin Chowdhury-Captain, Sheikh Jamal
We can’t do anything without setting any target. Our target was to win every title this season and accordingly we won King’s Cup. Now we reached the final of  Federation Cup and if we play our natural game we will win it.

Abu Yusuf-Coach, Muktijoddha
Muktijoddha are a tested team and they proved it while reaching the final. Although we couldn’t perform the way we wanted but there is many way to make the difference against Sheikh Jamal. We will try to beat them tactically.

Enamul Haque- Captain, Muktijoddha
Winning title is not a new thing for Muktijoddha, the players are ready to fight, with perfect team spirit we are confident to win the title.

Muktijoddha has won the Federation Cup three times while Jamal has won in twice
