Dhaka, July 11, 2015: Abahani Limited beat BJMC 3-1 in the 2^nd leg of Manyavar Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Saturday.

In the first leg Abahani also defeated BJMC 2-0.

Nigerian forward Sunday Chizoba put  Abahani ahead in the 4^th minute of the match. Midfielder Shahedul Alam Shahed sent a low cross in the box where Pranotosh’s diving header hit the crosspiece but unmarked Nigerian Sunday headed the rebounder home (1-0)

The lead could have been doubled in the 30^th minute when Sunday Chizoba’s curving shot hit the post on a cutback of Abdul Baten Komol.

Sunday doubled the lead in the 32^nd minute with a fierce right footer from the middle of the box. (2-0)

Team BJMC came back into the match through Elita Kingsley in the 55^th minute. The Nigerian forward scored the goal from a grass cutting free kick. (2-1)

Defender Nasirul Islam Nasir extended the lead in the 60^th minute with a placing shot on a cross of midfielder Shahedul Alam Shahed from the left corner of the box. (3-1)

With the win, Abahani earned 27 points from 14 matches while BJMC remained with 12 points from 14 matches.
