Brothers-BJMC match tied
Dhaka, July 30: ÂÂÂ Brothers Union rode on the last minute strike of Nigerian forward Nkowcha Kingsley in a 1-1 draw against Team BJMC in the JB Bangladesh Premier League at the M.A. Aziz Stadium on Saturday.
BJMC was the more innovative outfit in the first half and they opened the Brothers defence in the 11th minute when midfielder Samson Ilyasu cut a nice through for forward Mehedi Hasanb Topu whose placing hit the feet of onrushing Brothers goalie Uttam Barua.
However BJMC took the lead in the 14th minute off a blunder of Brothers defence, Uttam Barua failed to stop a backpass from his own defender and midfielder Mokhlesur Rahman placed the ball into the empty net (1-0)
In the 29th minute Brothers Unions Nigerian striker Kingsley Chigozie hit the BJMC crosspiece with cracking drive from the right edge of the box.
In the third minute of the four minute added time Kingley Chigozie headed the equalizer on cross curved by Md. Rony (1-1)
