Dhaka, Mar 11: Double strikes of Bicha Richard and Bentil helped Brothers Union to register an easy victory in the Grameenphone Bangladesh League when they cruised Rahamatganj MFS 5-2 at the BSSM Mostafa kamal Stadium today.
After this triumph, the Gopibagh outfit collected 13 points from 10 matches while Old Dhaka outfit kept on 16 points from the same number of matches.
Cameroon striker Bicha Richard broke the deadlock for Brothers in the 10th minute of the match when his right foot powerful shot defeated rival goalkeeper Iran Sheikh on a free kick of Brazilian play maker Everton from left side of the box.
Bicha Richard put the lead double in the 37th minute of the match with his right foot shot from a pass of Bentil. (2-0)
Rahmatganj reduced the margin in the 45th minute of the match as their captain Ugandan striker's rocket like shot defeated rival custodian on a Nigerian midfielder Felix pass.(2-1)
Ghanaian striker Bentil made 3-1 into injury time of the first half with a solo effort of from the midfield as his shot beat rival goalie Iran Sheik again.
