Dhaka, May 06: YKK Bangladesh, a business organization, is arranging a three-day football clinic “Just for Kicks” for young kids (10 to 14 years) with coaches from FC Barcelona Foundation as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.

The programme, which began in Dhaka on Thursday under with the auspices of Bangladesh Football Federation, will also include a training session for aspiring local coaches. The Barca coaches, from the famous cub’s soccer school, will look to share the Barcelona football philosophy with the participants during the short time. The coaches to conduct the programme are Xavi Martos Tore Cillas, Joan Mane Mena Gonzalez and Enrique Duran Diaz.

“It is important for YKK Bangladesh to contribute and work with the local community. I believe that this event will bring great joy to the children in Bangladesh. We want to support their growth through this football event,” said Managing Director of YKK Bangladesh, Mr. Nakamura, in a press conference at Hotel Sheraton Dhaka this morning.

BFF’s vice-president and chairman of development committee Quazi Nabil Ahmed said, “A three-day programme should not teach the children a lot but it will bring them in touch of Barcelona coaching methodology.
