National booters will play against schoolchildren

Dhaka, Jul 17: A team consisted of current and former national footballers will go to five famous schools of the capital and they will play one exhibition match against each of the school teams to encourage them from 18 to 27 of this month.
The schools are BAF Shaheen School and College, Wills Little Flower School, Motijheel Government High School, Khilgaon High School and Residential Model School.
Bangladesh Football Federation is the organizer of the event and Rahimafrooz Distributions Limited is paying all the expenses as the sponsor under the brand of Daewoo Electronics. ATN Bangla, a satellite TV channel is the media partner of this program.

“This unique event will pump the young bloods to the football”, said Rahimafrooz Distribution Limited’s General Manager and head of Electronics Business Yeamin Shariff Chowdhury.

BFF executive committee member Sheikh Aslam announced that, “We already planned to arrange a school football tournament including the schools from outside the city. We are expecting further support from the corporate houses as we got from Rahimafrooz Distribution LTD. and ATN group this occasion.”

BFF executive committee member Sattyajit Das Rupu, Hasanujjaman Khan Bablu, Fazlur Rahman Babul, Development Committee member Md. Mohsin, Rahimafrooz Distribution LTD’s Head of retail Munir Shikder and ATN Bangla’s Additional vice president Tamim Ahmed were also present.
