Bangladesh national squad will start preparing for Asian Games this month

Dhaka, Aug 07: A preliminary camp of Bangladesh National Team has been called for upcoming Asian Games from 20th August. A total of thirty to thirty-five players will participate in this month long campaign and the final squad will start practicing two weeks before departing for the competition which will take place from November 12th to November 27th in Guanzu, China. The decision was taken in a National Team Management Committee meeting at BFF house tonight.

Saiful Bari Titu will work as the coach for the team and will be assisted by Syed Golam Jilani and Md. Mahbubur Hossain Roxy. They have to submit the primary squad to the respective committee before the next meeting on ninth August.

There was a discussion in the meeting on the issue of appointing a foreign coach for guiding the Bangladesh National team in the tournament. The decision will be finalized in the next meeting.
