Dhaka, July 2: Bangladesh Football Federation declared a nine month calendar for the upcoming 2012-13 season on Monday. 

In an executive committee meeting presided over by BFF president Kazi Salahuddin BFF decided to start the next season on September 15th and to conclude it on 30th May. 

The meeting hoped that Grameenphone will be providing the same amount of TK 80 million per annum for the next two years. 

The meeting also decided that Kazi Salahuddin will be chairing the Media and Marketing Committee while Badal Roy will be the chairman of the Referees Committee. Vice president Tabith Awal will be the deputy chairman of the Marketing Committee. Satyajit Das Rupu was selected as the chairman of the Beach Football Committee. Amirul Islam Babu will be the member secretary of the Media Committee.  

It was also decided that the Federation Cup will have no automatic entry for the upcoming season and all the teams will have to play the qualifiers.  

The Bangladesh Championship League will have 10 teams instead of the current six. Apart from the two BPL relegated teams another two will be called. 

BFF also decided to help the D.F.A’s with financial and technical assistance to arrange age level football tourneys.  

Super Cup may get foreign clubs next year.
