Dhaka, December 29: Bangladesh Football Federation suspended the  ongoing Bangladesh Premier League till further notice due to unavoidable circumstances on Sunday. 

"Due to the lack of security we decided to suspend the league, we will start the league when the political situation calms down" said Abu Naeem Shohag, the general secretary of BFF.

The  seventh edition of Bangladesh Premier League started on Friday.
