Dhaka, January 09: Dhaka Abahani Limited was held to a goalless draw by Soccer Club Feni in the Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Thursday.
 
Both teams got a lot of opportunities to move ahead but all their efforts went in vein due to lack of good finishers.

Abahani had a chance to take the lead in the 33^rd minute but forward Towhidul Islam’s flying header on a curving cross of winger Shariful Islam miss the post.
 
Forward Awudu Ibrahim squandered another opportunity for Abahani in the 58^th minute. The Ghanain’s placing shot went inches far the post having one and one situation with Soccer goalie Md. Nehal after Yoko Samnik  put a through pass to him.  
 
Ghanaian forward Morrison of Abahani missed an easy chance having open net in the 69^th minute as he failed to place the ball into the net on pass of midfielder Towhidul Islam. The ball went to the goalie Md. Nehal.  
 
In the next minute Soccer Club also missed their best chance to take lead when their Nigerian forward Ahmed Samson failed to connect a cross of Ali Hasan in front of Abahni’s goalie Shahidul Alam Sohel.
