Dhaka, July 03: Muktijoddha Sangshad KC beat Sheikh Russel KC 3-1 in the 3^rd phase of Nitol Tata Bangladesh Premier Football League at the Shaheed Fazlul Haque Moni Stadium, Gopalganj on Thursday.
 
Forward Enamul Haque put Muktijoddha ahead in the 45^th minute while forward Mithun Chowdhury of Sheikh Russel restored the parity in the 50^th minute.
 
Muktijoddha took the lead again through their top scorer Nigerian striker Nkwocha Kingsley in the 51^st minute.
 
Another Nigerian forward Sunday Chizoba sealed the victory  for Muktijoddha in the 67^th minute of the match.
 
After this win Muktijoddha took their tally to 37 points from 23 matches while Russel remained their previous earning of 29 points from 23 matches.
