Dhaka, July 23: Team BJMC beat Brothers Union by 2-1 goals to complete their Nitol-Tata Bangladesh Premier Football League season at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Wednesday.

Nigerian midfielder Samson Iliyasu put BJMC ahead in the 9th minute with a powerful shot after receiving a pass from midfielder Navid Newaz Jibon (1-0).

Shafikul Islam scored the equalizer for Brothers in the 29th minute with a placing shot from a close range, Faisal Mahmood provided the cross from the right flank (1—1).

However Guinean forward Ismael Bangoura scored the winner in the 39th minute with a right footer after being fed by Jibon from the midfield. (2-1)

Brothers earned 38 points from the 27 matches of three phases while BJMC totaled 30 points from the same number of matches.
