Jamal, Soccer Club to play Fed Cup opener
Dhaka, February 12:
Defending champions Sheikh Jamal will meet Soccer Club, Feni in the
inaugural match of the Federation cup at the Bangabandhu National
Stadium on February 16 at 4:00 pm.
The draw of the
curtain raiser tournament was held on Thursday at the BFF House. The
first edition of Federation Cup was held in 1980 and it will the 27th
edition when it rolls into the field.
The grouping are as
follows-
Group A- Sheikh
Jamal Dhanmondi Club, Team BJMC, Soccer Club, Feni.
Group B-
Muktijoddha, Sheikh Russell, Uttar Baridhara
Group C- Abahani
Ltd, Chittagong Abahani, Farashganj
Group D-Dhaka
Mohammedan, Brothers Union, Rahmatganj
