Dhaka, February 15: The 27th edition of Federation Cup starts at the Bangabandhu National Stadium with Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club facing Rahmatganj in the opening match at 4: 00 pm on Monday. In the other match of the inaugural day defending champions Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi faces Soccer Club, Feni at 6:15 pm. 

Obaidul Quader, Minister, Road Transport and Bridges will inaugurate the meet as the chief guest. 

The prices of the tickets were fixed at Taka 30 for the galleries and Taka 80 for the VIP stands. 

Nasiruddin Chowdhury, the skipper of Sheikh Jamal, in a pre-match presser at the BFF House Sunday said they are ready to defend the title. 

Akbar Hossian Ridon, the captain of Soccer Club, Feni said they have nothing to lose and will take the field with full of confidence and  put a good show. 

Arup Badiya, the captain of Dhaka Mo0hammedan pinned hope upon the youngsters and vowed to fight for the title. 

Jahidul Hasan Dalim, the captain of Rahmatganj said they want to revive the tag of giant killers with some good performances.
