Dhaka, July 3: Abahani Ltd scored three goals within 11 minutes to beat Soccer Club,Feni 3-0 in the Manyvar Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Friday.

After a barren first half Feni  Soccer would have taken the lead in the 46th minute but midfielder  Sohel Miah’s angular placing shot beat onrushing Abahani goalie Ziaur Rahman but missed the sidepost.

However, Abahani took the lead in the 58th minute as midfielder Abdul Baten Majumdar Komol ran down the left flank and passed square to Sunday Chizoba, the Nigerian forward curved the ball into the far post net. (1-0)

Sunday doubled the margin in the 67th minute with cracking right footer on a through pass of midfielder Shahedul Alam.(2-0)

Two minutes later Ghanaian forward Osie Morison made his way through the Feni Soccer defence   and passed square to Shahedul  Alam, the Abahani midfielder dived into the net with the ball. (3-0)

Abahnai has 23 points from 12 matches while Feni Soccer remained on their previous collection of nine points.
