Dhaka, August 10: Brothers Union beat Soccer Club, Feni 2-0 in the Manyvar Bangladesh Premier league at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Monday.

Feni Soccer came close to a strike in the 54^th minute when Md. Rocky, the overlapping defender found the ball at the left edge of the six yard box but his shot was saved by a diving Biplob Bhattacharjee, the Brothers goalie.

In the 62^nd minute Brothers Union’s Nigerian midfielder Ezoedika Simon sent a cross to Haitian forward Augustine Walson who placed the ball wide from a close range.

However  Ezoedika Simon broke the deadlock 75^th minute when his suddenly taken right footer from 25 yards out took a dip to beat Soccer Club goalie Golam Mostofa Tohan (1-0)

Simon repeated the act in the 89^th minute as he unleashed another cracking right footer in the far post net  from the top of the box (2-0)

Brothers have 35 points from 19 matches while Feni Soccer has 18 from 19 matches.
