Dhaka, August 15: The stage is set for the two semifinals of SAFF U-16 Championships at the Sylhet stadium on Sunday.

 In the first semis Bangladesh faces Afghanistan and in the second India takes on Nepal.  

 Bangladesh head coach  Golam Zilani said, "Please Pray for our team, we will fight and put our best to qualify for the final, we have good support from fans, ground condition is favorable for our team, our players has a good moral spirit for winning the match for the country. ".

 Afghanistan head coach  Hamidullah Masaudi said, "It will be a tough fight for both the teams, No injury problem, we like to play in the final, match depend on the weather condition of the pitch".

 Indian asst. coach  Bibiano Fernandes said, "We are worried with  the climate and condition, our target is reaching  the final. Match depends also on the ground condition too. I think Bangladesh & India will play in the final".

 Nepal head coach  Upendra Man Singh said, "We would like to take revenge of our the last year defeat with a win against India and  we will fight with our best efforts to  reach the final. All players are in good spirit and  motivated for winning the semifinal.
