BD-Nepal FIFA friendly preview
Dhaka, December 16, 2015: Bangladesh National Football team will play a friendly match against Nepal at Bangabandhu National Stadium at 5pm on Thursday. Chanel 9 will telecast the match live.
It will be the first international tests for both the coaches Maruful Haque of Bangladesh and Patrick Ausems of Nepal. Both of the coaches has taken over the responsibilities recently none have seen their players in an international matches standing beside the sideline.
Maruf said, “The match is important for us. it provides us the opportunity to rectify the flaws of our preparation, winning or losing is not important”.
Ausems said “We are starting a new mission, the team has the abilities, my job is to set the tone, I will start it from tomorrow”.
The Nepal Football team arrived in the city on Tuesday evening to play the friendly as part of their preparation before the eight-nation South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Suzuki Cup scheduled to be held in Kerala, India from December 23, 2015 to January 3, 2016.ÂÂÂ
