Dhaka, September 21: Soccer Club, Feni held Rahmatganj into a 1-1 draw in the JB Bangladesh Premier League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Wednesday.

Rahmatganj took the lead in the 25th minute with forward Mehbub Hasan Nayan slotting home with a cool headed finish. Congolese forward Siyo Zunapiyo paved the way for Nayan with a nice square pass from the top of the box nad Nayan completed the job with toe pock past Soccer goalie Sujan Chowdhury (1-0)

Soccer’s first notable attack was carved in the 52nd minute when midfielder Shahran Hawladar saw his goal bound grounder from the middle of the box deflect off the feet of Nigerian defender Eleta Benjamin for a corner.

Rahmatganj Congolese forward Siyo Zunapio was sent off in the 86th minute for second bookable offence.

However Chomrin Rakhain, the Feni Soccer midfielder slammed the equalizer in the 88th minute off a penalty. Soccer defender Md. Helal was brought down in the box by Rahmatganj defender Asif Hasan Rimon that prompted referee to signal the spot kick. Chowmrin slammed home duly. (1-1)

From the seven matches Rahmatganj now have 13 while Soccer has nine.
