Dhaka, September 19: Naryanganj opened their JFA Cup U-15 Football final round campaign with a hardworking 4-3 victory over Chapai Nawabganj at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Monday.

Babu was the hero for the winners as he scored a brace in the 54^th and 76^th minute while Shajal and Prince added the other two in the 13 and 52^nd minutes.

Moeen of Chapai Nawabganj netted twice in the 43^rd and 46^th minute to raise the hope and Naushad added the third in the 62^nd minute but Naryanganj’s teamwork made the difference at last.

In the other match of the day Dhaka Metropolis School XI registered a 3-1 victory against Chittagong. Arif put the winners ahead in the 56^th minute but Jewel scored the equalizer off a penalty in the 59^th minute. Later Shumon scored two goals in the 66^th and 81^st minute to finish as the winners.
