Dhaka, February 2: Muktijoddha opened their Grameenphone Bangladesh Premier League campaign with a 2-0 win over Farshaganj at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Thursday.
Brazilian midfielder Lima and national forward Emily scored the goals in the dying stages of the match.

Muktijoddha though dominating the match had to wait till the 86th minute when Lima went through the defence and taking a back heel of Nigerian Sunday Chizoba placed the ball in the far post from the middle of the box (1-0).
Emliy doubled the margin in the 88th minute after Shakil fed him with a nice square pass from the left edge of the box and Emily placed the ball into the empty net (2-0).
